Terms of Service

1. The service
Revvox places AI-assisted phone calls to leads who asked to be contacted, qualifies them against rules you configure, books appointments, and reports outcomes to your CRM and ad platforms. You remain the controller of your leads' data and of every calling policy.
2. Calling compliance
You are responsible for the legality of calling in your market. Revvox enforces your configured policy in code before every dial, consent requirements, calling windows, attempt caps, and do-not-call suppressions, but configuration is not legal advice. In India, use of the service for outbound calling requires your DLT registration and 140-series numbering; markets open only after you confirm counsel approval in Settings.
3. Recordings and disclosure
Where recording is enabled, you must enable the recording disclosure in any jurisdiction that requires it. Recordings and transcripts are retained for the windows you set under Settings → Retention and are deleted on schedule.
4. Your data
Lead data belongs to you. We process it to operate the service: calling, qualification, booking, attribution, and audit. Every sensitive action in the product is written to an immutable audit log with the actor and reason. We do not sell lead data.
5. Acceptable use
No calling of purchased or scraped lists, no impersonation of humans (the agent always discloses it is an AI assistant), no use contrary to telecom regulations (TRAI/TCCCPR in India, TCPA in the US, or their local equivalents).
6. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in INR plus GST unless agreed otherwise. Usage beyond plan limits is billed at the published overage rates. You can cancel at the end of any billing period; your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is during the pilot period. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
